The warm and intelligent Lab is America’s number one breed registered with the American Kennel Club. Even non-dog people can recognize a Lab, and artists and photographers have captured his image countless times from Halmark moviews to Beer commercials usually as the loyal companion, waiting patiently by his owner’s side. Built for sport, the Lab is muscular and athletic. He has a short, easy-care coat, friendly demeanor, keen intelligence, and plenty of energy. Devotion to this breed runs deep; Labs are loving, people-oriented dogs who live to serve their families, and owners and fans sometimes liken their Labs to angels. Our boys do not all reside with us, they are kept between various breeders and guardian homes. To read more about our Discount Guardian Program Clck Here.
We noticed several years ago when we first started only using one stud, which sometimes did and sometimes didn’t compliment our females. One of the things we wanted to do was diversify, but how could we when we could only have so many dogs in our living space because we are in the city limits? Well one of the ways to make that possible is to cooperate and work with homes willing to stud out their males, and or other breeders willing to house males for you. Presently we have one male on site with us and the rest live in Guardian or Co-owner homes.
Rocky is our star White / Yellow labrador. He has a beautiful head, a wonderful coat, and has beautiful conformation. We have had so many compliments on his puppies. He, fortunately, carries Chocolate and is clear on the 7 essential diseases from the Paw Prints Genetics Panel. He has OFA score Good for Hips and Normal for elbows. We share Rocky’s stud service with another breeder. If we don’t have puppies from him, we may know another breeder who does. Please feel free to text or email for more information on Rocky litters.
During this time we are waiting for the “Right” male. We have a few males in guardian homes growing up but eventually, we will have one boy come live with us. We are being picky and awaiting the right male. We are using various males from our Network of breeder friends at the moment so please look on upcoming litters to see future pairings.
Thanks for your patience!
